Here at Itiebi Company, we strive in putting together a highly experienced and professional workforce. As part of the local content policy from the Nigerian Federal Government, we source for our employees from local communities first before looking elsewhere for suitable professionals.
We have a scheme where we employ and train local indigenes for suitable positions and support them in acquiring the required skill set. As part of our contribution to our host community, we promote apprenticeship programmes for undergraduates through industrial training places.
